How equity works
KampusVC may receive up to 30% equity based on how the company is formed and the depth of the co-building engagement. This can reflect KampusVC-originated opportunity development, founding-team formation, company stage and ongoing Studio involvement. Terms are agreed transparently before we begin building together.
Where you incorporate
Company structure depends on the founders, operating market and anticipated fundraising needs. KampusVC works with appropriate legal and incorporation specialists to support formation in jurisdictions such as the U.S. or India.

Founders lead and operate their companies. KampusVC works alongside them as a co-builder, with governance and ownership terms agreed upfront. Our goal is long-term alignment while founders retain meaningful ownership and leadership.
