What you get
KampusVC works alongside founders across ideation, validation, founding-team development, product, GTM, company formation, startup infrastructure and investor readiness. Founders can also tap into the broader KampusVC network of AI talent, experienced operators, startup partners and investors.
How equity works
KampusVC may receive up to 30% equity based on company stage and the depth of the co-building engagement. Factors can include idea origination, team formation, company stage and KampusVC’s level of involvement. Terms are agreed transparently before we begin building together.
Where you incorporate
Company structure depends on the founders, operating market and anticipated fundraising needs. KampusVC works with appropriate legal and incorporation specialists to support formation in jurisdictions such as the U.S. or India.
Founder ownership & control
Founders lead and operate their companies. KampusVC works alongside them as a co-builder, with governance and ownership terms agreed upfront. Our goal is long-term alignment while founders retain meaningful ownership and leadership.
